Sacred Studios LLC ("Sacred Studios," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our client portal, and our messaging services — including conversations with our AI assistant, Sage.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
When you text Sage (our AI assistant), you consent to receive automated and conversational text replies from Sacred Studios. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out stops further messages; you can opt back in by texting us again.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, messaging, scheduling, and payment processors), and only as needed to deliver our services. These providers are bound to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Sage, the AI assistant in our portal and app, uses AI services operated by third parties: Anthropic, PBC (its "Claude" model powers the chat) and Google LLC (its "Gemini" model powers the Content image-design feature). Sage only processes your data after you give explicit permission — the first time you open Sage, the app explains this sharing and asks you to agree before anything is sent. If you decline, nothing is sent and the rest of the portal works normally.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time, directly from within the app: open Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your portal account and personal data — your email, profile, notification/push subscription, and portal activity — and signs you out. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from your account email.
Limited records that we are legally required to retain (for example, invoice and tax records) may be kept for the period required by law and are then deleted. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest revision.
